Delivery
The delivery takes place by handing over the products to a carrier for international shipping or to the post office for France. Delivery times, if specified, are provided for informational purposes only.
In case of a delay in delivery, the cancellation of the order can only be requested and obtained after a formal notice that has not been followed by execution due to our fault, within a period of one month.
Under no circumstances can we be asked for damages. We consider ourselves released from our obligations regarding delivery times in the event of any occurrence beyond our control, or if the buyer delays in providing any document or information necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations.
Delivery method:
All orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day.
Standard Shipping :
- Shipping by Colissimo to France: delivery time of 24 to 48 hours, 6 euros - free shipping for orders over 100 €
- Shipping by Colissimo to Belgium and Luxembourg: delivery time of 48 to 72 hours, 6 euros - free shipping for orders over 100 €
- Shipping by Colissimo to Europe and Switzerland (excluding the United Kingdom): 3 to 7 days, 14 euros
- Shipping by Colissimo Worldwide: simulation of delivery times and prices on quote
