Benfida Green Tea is a standardized green tea extract containing 98% polyphenols, including 60% catechins, with 50% EGCG. Each capsule contains 300 mg of catechins, including 250 mg EGCG. This corresponds to two cups (120 ml) of quality green tea or one large cup (240 ml). Since it is a complete green tea extract, it also contains all the other bio-active substances of tea, giving it a broad and powerful effect. Benfida green tea has a low caffeine content, up to 'at 1%.Green tea contributes to the protection of cells and tissues against oxidative damage.**Health claim awaiting approval by the EFSA.
